1.General    

  

Using foreign advanced hydraulic model, reliable structure design and up-to-date technologies produces the Bochao brand submerged pumps used for wells. Those high efficiency and energy-saving products can either be made in accordance with NEMA or the related Chinese norms, giving convenience to the users.       

       

2.Products Characteristics

1) Advanced hydraulic model and structure design are used in the production. Such new technologies as core shooting, blade passageway coating and parts and accessories processing by CNC machine tools etc have been utilized featuring rational selection of raw materials, good performance and long lifetime.

2) High efficiency. The efficiency of our QJ series products is 2-8% higher than other domestic ones. The efficiency curve is flat and the high efficiency area is wide. As a result, the operating area is increased by 10-20%. It gives remarkable energy saving results.

3) For the operation with high sand content, anti-sand design and devices shall be used.

4) The blades are to be dynamically balanced. The operating parts outside diameter is one inch smaller compared with the pumps having the same flow rate, which are cost effective and easy to be used for future revamp.

5) Axially driven and high temperature type of motor can be adapted to our products.

6) Nodular cast iron, ASTM304, 316, 416 stainless steel are used to meet the technical requirements and conditions for some special applications.
